Tip-Top Roofing restored our commercial flat roof. At first we leaned toward removing the old roof and replacing with a new TPO or cap sheet roof. We called several roofing contractors in Moreno Valley and Riverside for estimates. After Tip-Top Roofing gave us our free roof inspection, they told us rather than replacing our roof it could be restored with spray foam and an acrylic coating.

I had no clue what the heck spray foam roofing was (also called SPF, like the sun block). Tip-Top took the time to educate me about the wonderful benefits of foam. They broke down what the tear off cost would be (almost $20,000!!!!) with all the waste going to a landfill. That TPO and cap sheet systems have seams that separate leading to leaks. AND that we would have to replace a TPO or cap sheet roof later down the road once the roof reached it life expectancy.

I also learned that California has building code requirements called Title 24, specifically for roofing and the insulation, which I had never heard of. Title 24 regulated a buildings energy efficiency and if you don't comply, well...they can make you rip off you roof and start all over!!!! In order to comply we would have had to insulate the roof (costing MORE $$) in order to comply.

As an alternative, Tip-Top Roofing told me about SPF, which is applied over my old roof then sealed with an acrylic coating. Spray foam is applied thick enough to insulate our roof to the Title 24 required R-38 value. Its seamless and can eliminate ponding (which we had several areas!) We were offered a 10, 15 or 20 year warranty that RENEWS!!!! Our new roof will literally last forever!!!! That is with maintenance and reapplying coating over the foam when the warranty nears its end.

Additionally our electric bill is LOWER!!!! And we were able to write off our roof on our taxes!!!!! Spray foam was the best choice for us and we thank Tip-Top Roofing for introducing it to us.

Lastly, it was such a pleasure to work with everyone who works at Tip-Top Roofing. They are nice, communicate, and performed exception work! Their crew kept they work site clean ever day and were very professional

Again, Thank you Tip-Top Roofing!!!!! You will be who we call whenever we need a roofer and we will tell ALL of our friends and family to use you too!!!

Tip Top Roofing is an amazing family owned business and it shows! I got several bids on my new roof and was surprised at how much lower Tip Top came in with their bid. I couldn't believe that they didn't require any money until the job was completed, who does that these days? I'll tell you, nobody! The crew kept everything immaculate around the property as they worked. I even had a last minute request for a skylight and they came through for me. If you want to feel secure in your choice of a roofing company, go with this family owned business. My neighbor used them and was so happy she recommended them to me. When the crew wrapped up on the last day they left my property cleaner than when they had started. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Sincerely, R Davis

“Tip Top Roofing replaced our 25-year-old asphalt shingle roof. The crew arrived promptly at 7 a.m., worked efficiently, and completed the 2,200 sq ft roof in three days. They provided a detailed estimate, stayed within 5% of the original quote, and replaced unexpected damaged decking without extra hassle. Cleanup was thorough, and the team was professional throughout”

I’m really glad I went with Tip Top Roofing Inc. They made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. From the first call to the final walkthrough, everything was handled professionally and with care.

They were honest about what needed to be done, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and kept me updated the entire time. The work itself came out great, and they cleaned up really well after the job—which I appreciated more than anything.

It’s not always easy to find contractors you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. I’d confidently recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.
